Cloud GTX Site Terms

These Site Terms govern your use of the Cloud GTX websites, including the marketing pages, pricing calculator, documentation, and console (the “Site”), operated by Gravitorix Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Gravitorix”, “we”). By using the Site you accept these terms. Use of the Cloud GTX services themselves is governed by the Customer Agreement.

1. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice describes how we handle personal data on the Site and in the services.

2. Electronic communications

When you use the Site or email us, you communicate with us electronically and consent to receiving communications from us electronically — by email or by notices in the console. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, interfaces, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Gravitorix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. “Gravitorix”, “Cloud GTX”, the orbit mark, and related logos are marks of Gravitorix Technologies Pvt Ltd and may not be used without our prior written consent. Other marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

4. Licence and site access

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site for its intended purposes. You must not scrape or harvest the Site at scale, frame or mirror it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to build a competing dataset or service. API use is governed by the Customer Agreement and the documentation.

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account, as set out in the Customer Agreement.

6. Content you submit

Where the Site lets you submit content (for example support tickets or feedback), you must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. You grant us the right to use such submissions to operate and improve the Site and services. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, write to legal@gravitorix.com with: identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement, under penalty of law, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, and our liability arising from your use of the Site is limited as set out in the Customer Agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Site Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thoothukudi District, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.

10. Changes and severability

We may update the Site and these Site Terms at any time; the version posted here, with its effective date, is the one in force. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect.
